On Wednesday, September 30, 2020, it was announced that OCS and Bill and Cindy Stewart had partnered together to leave a significant impact on many generations of OCS Saints. This partnership includes a new performing arts center, named in memory of their son, Gabe, and a $1 million endowment to provide for ongoing education and training, so students and families are equipped to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

This 25,000 square foot auditorium will adjoin the high school to the south. It will feature 500 seats and state-of-the-art technology, as well as:
- High-Tech Sound and Lighting
- Fly System for Drama Sets
- Dressing Rooms
