We are pleased that you are considering employment at Oklahoma Christian School. All current openings and specific areas of interest are listed below. All administrators, principals, and teachers will be faithful, active members, in good standing of a Bible-believing church and agree to the Mission and Core Values of OCS. For teaching positions, we also require the applicants be degreed and certified.

For full-time positions OCS offers:

  • Salary comparable to surrounding districts ($43,000 starting salary for teachers with a bachelors degree)
  • Employer contributions to retirement plan*
  • 100% of employee medical cost on a specified plan
  • 6 week paid parental leave*
  • 10 days PTO
  • Up to 50% tuition discount
