 OCS Summer School
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM
Our Strength & Conditioning camp is offered to all students with the purpose of improving their overall athletic performance.
The workouts will focus on increasing speed, agility, strength, and over-all conditioning. They will be held in our new OCS weight room,
varsity gym, practice gym, and fields. All athletes will receive instruction and supervision from qualified trainers and coaches.

Girls (7-12 grades)
Dates: June 3-Aug. 7 (T/W/Th)

*Open gym 30 min. following session
