Kidz Kare

Beginning in the 2017-2018 school year, OCS will offer a Kidz Kare Study Hall for the 6-8th grades. Our middle school after school care program is separate from the elementary program. Students will have an opportunity to complete homework and utilize the computer lab after school. They will also have a snack and a chance to have a break with friends when homework is complete.

The program begins immediately after dismissal and ends at 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Continuing Enrollment

Participation in the program is reserved for enrolled OCS students whose parents have a work-related conflict that does not allow for after-school pick up. Students must be enrolled in the program to participate. Drop-ins during the school year are not permitted.

Space is limited and students are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to currently enrolled students. To secure enrollment for next year, currently enrolled students must indicate their desire to re-enroll by Monday, April 14th by bringing a canceled check along with application form (located on the right side of this page) by April 14th.

Open Enrollment

On April 18th, enrollment will open to all OCS students not currently participating in the Kidz Kare program. Parents may enroll their child by filling out the enrollment form (located on the right side of this page) and returning it to the OCS business office with a $50 non-refundable enrollment fee (per family) and a voided check. Priority will be given on a first-come, first served, basis to those who have turned in their forms and enrollment fee.
