DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP PROCEDURES OVERVIEW
Morning Drop-Off
Please allow adequate time for your child to exit the car and find their way to their classroom before 8:00am. Students arriving at school between 7:50am and 8:00am should be dropped off at one of our two elementary drop-off points. For drop-off procedures, please utilize the drop-off map and instructions provided on this website. Generally speaking, the students whose classrooms are on the lower floor of our elementary building are dropped off near the front door of our elementary school. Likewise, the students whose classrooms are on the second floor of our elementary building are dropped off near the prayer chapel.
After 8:00am, students should be dropped off near our elementary office. Students will be required to report to our elementary office for a tardy slip. After 8:00am, the only unlocked door will be the front door by our elementary office.
Parents who choose to walk their children into the building should park in an unnumbered spot near the prayer chapel. Please refer to the map for the area designated for pedestrian traffic.
Early morning care is provided in our Student Center from 7:30am – 7:50am. This supervision is a service provided for the convenience of the working parent who must drop their child off prior to the 7:50am time.

Afternoon Pick-Up
Our afternoon pickup begins shortly after our 3:00pm dismissal. We have two different pickup points, depending upon the grade level of the students. The accompanying map illustrates the traffic routes and explains grade level placement.
Our office issues carpool signs that are to be clearly visible in each car as they approach the pick-up locations. Drivers of cars without an official carpool sign will be asked to park and come into the elementary office to show proper identification before a child will be released.
Our office is happy to print multiple carpool signs for families who wish to give a sign to a grandparent, babysitter, etc. Just ask!
