The following discounts will be in effect for families of three or more:
      3rd child enrolled -- $250 discount
      4th child enrolled -- $750 discount ($1,000 maximum discount/family)

The following additional fees will be added on a per family basis:
      Returned Item Fee..................................................$25
      (For check or bank draft returned by your bank for any reason)
 

Please remember all scheduled monthly payments are automatically debited from your account on your choice of the 1st or 15th of the month.
